Daily activity 3

assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh....
Hyyy guys welcome back to my blog with me asma, how are you today ?? Hopefully everything is healthy. as usual I will provide information about my activities while in the kitchen, hopefully my blog can always be useful for us all.

Well today I will still explain about the breakfast menu which is English breakfast and Indonesian breakfast, this time the blog is still related to yesterday's blog. Yesterday's blog was about preparation and today about the manufacturing process. Happy reading everything

On this day our group will continue to make pickles and tomato sauce. Pickles are preserved foods that use vinegar and salt water, while the ingredients used for pickling are water, sugar, rice vinegar, ginger, lemon, salt, cucumber, onion and carrots. Pickles are generally served as a complementary dish (eaten with the main dish) and can also be served as a salad

The second is tomato sauce, the ingredients needed to make tomato sauce are shallots, garlic, small chili, large chili, brown sugar, tomato, shrimp paste, lime and salt. For the process of making it, I saute shallots and garlic until it is slightly wilted, then I put in a large chili and a small chili, and finally I add the tomatoes, I stir-fry until the aroma comes out and the color is brownish. After that, I leave it for a while then I blender the ingredients that have been sauteed, then I stir-fry everything, if it's a little boiling I add brown sugar, salt, ordinary sugar and shrimp paste to taste. After all the ingredients are added, I saute until the sauce is somewhat dry, after that I add the lime.

Here I will explain a little about what is saute. Jadii, saute This is a dry cooking method that uses high heat and less oil or fat. Saute comes from the French word meaning 'jump' or 'throw'. The idea is to make food on the pan for just a moment.
